My apologies to those of you receiving this more than once because of
multiple affiliations!!

Here's a status update on the Flying Pigs Marathon.  We have about 46 
volunteers
on the roster...callsigns listed below.  We still need about 20 hams to help
us fill all the posts...there will be more assignments than previous 
marathons.

The website for the event is:  http://www.flyingpigmarathon.com .

Some assignments begin as early as 0500, some end as late as 1300, but most
are less than those 8 hours.  Most areas of the course will be workable with
a 2-meter HT, some of the assignments in the East End might require a large
HT antenna, crossband, or whatever method you prefer to improve your signal.

So, if you'd like to participate in Cincinnati's largest non-disaster ham 
radio
communications event, or if you volunteered but your callsign isn't listed,
please let me know by e-mail or phone.
