This is from Angie DeYoung, KG4IBL. It's a great recap of some of the
happenings so far in the league. Thanks Angie!!

Yes...I know I'm in last place, but I thought I would post on how everyone
is doing this year!
Well, as much as it pains me, I have to proclaim Emily's Eliminators as the
best team, by far, in this league. They are leading the league by more than
150 pts, they have a somewhat easy schedule for the last half of the year,
and they are on a four game winning streak. All of this coming from the
youngest member of the league, a teenage girl, who has made only one move (a
smart one, trading Hasselbeck for Bulger, way before Hasselbeck's knee
injury!)
This week, Emily's Eliminators face the Steel Curtain. (The one time I will
root for anything Steelers! Go Steel Curtain!!!)
The matchup of the week:
ZCC Wailing Gophers (7-3) vs. Radio Shaq (4-6)
At first glace, this game seems like it belongs to ZCC. Granted, you have
McNabb going up against Grossman, a no brainer. But look closer, Shaq has
three excellent WR, Steve Smith, Javon Walker, and WR/TE Marques Colston
(who is on fire!) Also, Shaq has two great RBs in Kevin Jones and Edgerrin
James. The QB's in this game may not matter!
Of course, as the team in last place, I will be rooting for Shaq to knock
off ZCC. :)
To everyone else: You are all still in it! Everyone seems to either be doing
very well, or hanging just around .500. With three more games left in FFL
regular season, these last few will count the most. To the teams in the
bottom five: Let us rise up against these dominating team, upset them all
and have the greatest comeback ever! (Although for me, it seems to be too
late...)
