Hi Dale,
I received your email and thought I would offer up some help. My father, WN4W, leaves in Knoxville and would be happy to take a look at the equipment. He is very gifted in this area and can, most likely, resolve the issue.
I live in the Cincinnati area and my Dad will be up here probably in January and maybe he could take it home then to look at it. Getting it back may a bit of an issue, but at least he could see what he could do with it.
