[OH-KY-IN] Experimenting with new digital mode

Good evening.I have been experiment with a new digital mode called WinDRM,
pronounced "windream".  It's basically a form of digital sideband on HF.
You can use your computer's soundcard and a microphone to transmit and
receive very robust audio on HF with no more than 15 to 25 watts of power.

If anyone else is interested in experimenting with this new mode, let me
know.  It's a little more complex than the other modes, but it is really
gaining in popularity since the article.
