[OH-KY-IN] Fund Raising Committee Meeting

I would like to call a very important first meeting of the OH-KY-IN
Amateur Radio Society Fund Raising Committee.  To those of you who have
already indicated that you would like to be on this committee and, of
course, also to anyone else interested,  please take note.  I have a fund
raising idea that if at all possible we need to get started on right
away.  I am also interested in any ideas that others may have as well. 
Sorry for such late notice but I'd like to have this meeting prior to and
take information from it directly to the Board of Directors meeting on
Tuesday evening.

First question, would everyone interested be available on Monday evening
at 8:30pm?  If I can work it out, we wouldn't have to have an "in person"
meeting.  I would like to try it by way of telephone conference calling. 


The second question, do you have the ability on your telephone for
conference calling?  This is important so that I can work out the
logistics of who will call who to make our conference complete.

Based on the replies that I get from this message, I will send another
message on Sunday evening about 7pm giving further meeting information.
