[OH-KY-IN] Tower available for Free

I was contacted by a gentleman in Delhi who is interested in getting rid of
a 40 foot tower if someone would take it away for him.  The tower is already
down and is in sections.  It's galvanized, has the mount plate, and is
self-supporting.  He couldn't remember the manufacturer of the tower, but he
said "Rohn sounded familiar".  There is a small bit of rust at the top where
the rotor plate is located, otherwise, everything else is in great shape.
