Greetings and Salutations!

 

The Elite Oh-Ky-In Amateur Radio Society Knights of the Round Table invite
you to attend the Saturday midnight feast of all those who brave the night
and mosquitoes to play radio through the wee hours of the morning before the
sun even thinks of shining.  The only requirement for induction into this
long time Field Day tradition is to bring your own side of beef!  At
midnight, we toss the steaks on the grill where everyone tends to their own
and to their own perfection.  The club will provide grilled onions, garlic
bread, hot sautéed mushrooms and shrimp!   This steak out has grown every
year and is a great time reminiscent of the days of Camelot with great
camaraderie, great food and good times and is a great break for all those
who work hard through the night contributing to the Field Day score!  Even
if you are not operating and would like to join us, please do
the more the
merrier and we have a great time!  I will have plenty of steak knives
because plastic just doesn’t cut it!

accordingly.
