[OH-KY-IN] CDR Rotor wiring diagram

In getting the FD equipment together I noticed that the pigtail on the 8 wire CDR rotor control box is missing.  The rotor is mounted on a plate with the matching pigtail attached.  Getting to the terminals would be a real pain to visually determine wire placement.  Does someone have an 8 wire CDR wiring diagram so I can ohm the connections to determine wire placement on the control box?  A narrative of connections will work also.
